TERMS OF USE

The Services Request Agreement is a document that specifies the terms of the contract and the usage agreement between Lord Design Agency for Design and Programming, and the client (requesting one of our services).
By ordering any of our services you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully

General rules of use
The conditions contained in the document are intended to regulate the service provided financially and morally, in order to provide the best level of service to our customers

Lord Design Design, Programming and Marketing Agency reserves the right to change any paragraph and/or all of the paragraphs contained in this document without the obligation to notify the client.

You must read the document carefully before requesting one of the services of Lord Design Marketing Design Agency

The provision of the service by us depends primarily on your full agreement to what is stated in the document, and your request for one of our services or products constitutes your agreement to everything stated in this agreement.

You must pay 100% of the cost of the required service in advance to start it (which value is less than 100 US dollars).

50% of the cost of the required service must be paid in advance to start it (which is worth more than 100 US dollars), 25% of the amount during work on the project, and 25% of the remaining project values upon completion of the project.

Lord Design Design, Programming and Marketing Agency does not bear any responsibility for any customer’s misuse of its service

The client is only dealt with through his data registered with us or through his account on the Lord Design Agency website for design, programming and marketing.

The customer has the right to request only two amendments to the requested service, provided that these amendments do not lead to structural changes in the service provided (the discretion of these amendments is due to Lord Design Design, Programming and Marketing Agency only). Otherwise, this amendment is considered a request for a new service, the costs of which the customer will bear

The intellectual property of the project transfers to the service requester once payment is completed, with Lord Design Agency retaining the right to display this work in its gallery.

Failure to receive the requested service for a period of more than 3 months, forfeiting the customer’s right to request any modifications or special requests for the service
